CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION HIRE

If you are hosting a conference or presenting an exhibition, Event Services can provide from a wealth of experience to help you. From our stock of conference flattage, we can create smart looking sets on a realistic budget. Our hire stock flattage is covered in pale grey felt, which is chosen for its ability to take light in many colours. It is excellent when used with RGB colour mixing lighting as found on page 7.  For an additional charge, flattage can be supplied in a full range of colours, to complement your company image.

We can help with all aspects of staging your conference or exhibition, we can supply shell schemes, lighting, sound, projection and many other services. We can also provide conference management staff.
